Lyng is on as Buildbase Honda head to Norfolk

The Buildbase Honda team have been working hard over the past couple of weeks in preparation for round three of the Maxxis British Motocross Championship at Lyng, Norfolk. The Cadders Hill circuit will no doubt be even tougher than usual following the recent wet weather, but the team and riders are ready.

Dave Thorpe – “ In preparation for this event we have had no choice other than to grit our teeth and ride through the wind and rain. This weather sorts out the men from the boys… It is no fun riding when the rain is coming down at 45 degrees and the wind is buffeting you on every jump, but it has to be done! It is just as hard for the mechanics as it is the riders, but the team have done well to put together and complete a solid schedule”.

The Cadders Hill circuit is one of the most established tracks in the UK and is a fantastic viewing track. With Nico` Aubin and Jordan Booker in the leading bunch in the MX2 and Ryan Houghton hoping to make his own mark on this championship, the stage is set for some great racing.

In the MX1 class also, Maarten Cremers and Jackson Evans are determined to turn their fast starts into results.

You may not need your sun cream, but whatever the weather, it is going to be a great weekend.

See you there.
