Well done to Aaron Lowe on winning the AMCA North West Open Expert Championship for 2007,one of the up and coming young achievers in the AMCA. He started his riding career when he was just two years old on a Suzuki LT 50; before quickly progressing on to a Yamaha PW50 when he was three. At the age of ten, Aaron started Racing with the AMCA towards the end of the 2003 season, as a member of the Tameside MXC which is a part of the North West Group.
He started the 2007 season as the youngest Open Senior rider in the country at just fourteen, quickly gaining enough points within the first six weeks of the season to be upgraded to the Open Experts. His first Open Expert race took place at Barnoldswick on the 13th May 2007 as the youngest AMCA Open Expert rider in the country at only fourteen years of age. Aaron has ridden consistently through the championship rounds and managed to clinch the top spot and became the winner of the AMCA North West Open Expert Championship having just turned fifteen. His goals for next season are to qualify for the AMCA British Championships. He would like to thank Hacking Racing for their continued support.
