Broadview creates perfect undercover environment for Muc-Off

Continuing to push forward the boundaries of awning technology, Broadview, a leading manufacturer and supplier of awnings, has entered the extreme sports industry with its bespoke product. Appointed by Muc-Off, the UK’s number one producer of maintenance and cleaning products for the motor sport and bicycle industry, Broadview has designed and developed a unique fully enclosed Anexe awning system for use on the company’s promotional motor home.

The Muc-Off promotional vehicle will be used to tour UK-based motor sport events, such as Super Bike, Bicycle and Motocross competitions, and the Broadview awning will enable Muc-Off to display and demonstrate its latest product innovations to race teams and spectators in any environment and weather condition.

Deployed in just under 12 minutes, the motorised awning projects 3.0 metres from the side of the vehicle from a compact 200mm by 140mm unit and has detachable front and side panels, creating an enclosed 10 square metre trading area. Manufactured from a robust silver anodized aluminium framework, with stainless steel components, the awning has a black vinyl PVC reinforced fabric cover and is branded using the Muc-Off corporate colours and corporate identity.

Alex Trimnell, managing director at Muc-Off, says: “We were extremely impressed with how Broadview handled our requirement, from the initial contact through to completion. The awning acts as an instant showroom and is impeccable in terms of quality, performance and aesthetics. It creates the perfect undercover environment for the Muc-Off team to demonstrate our extensive product range.”

Ian Pratt, managing director at Broadview says: “We specialise in designing and developing tailor-made awnings to meet individual requirements and from our initial consultation with Muc-Off, it took four weeks to design, develop and install the ideal product. Vehicle awnings create valuable extra space and can be used on a range of vehicles including equestrian and motorsport transporters as well as exhibition and hospitality units.

Businesses can create lasting impressions with vivid logos and designs printed onto the product, making the awning a highly visible marketing tool whenever deployed.”
