This weekend saw us take a long trip to Desert Martin, in Northern Ireland for the fourth round of the MXY2 Championship.

After what felt like weeks of driving; we arrived at the track which looked awesome and made me very eager to ride.

With the weather holding off for race day, the day ahead was looking good.

Qualifying, went well after dialling the track in, I pulled off fourth place which I was happy with and gave me a good choice for gate pick for the two races ahead.

First race started with a nice wheelie down the start straight and coming out of the first corner in third place, I soon managed to make my way into the front and held a good consistent pace
to secure the first race victory.

The second and final race for me didn’t start as well as the first one did; getting swallowed up in the first turn I had to push hard to try to make my way forward; things were looking up
picking off a few riders and moving into third place at the flag to give me the overall victory on the day.

Overall Results for the weekends:
1st Dan Thornhill
2nd Fraser Wakeford
3rd Matthew Callaghan

I would like to thank all my sponsors for their continued support.
